Why is everything sold out?
Ranch Pottery is a one woman studio located in Canada. Every piece is handmade by me from start to finish. Because of the time and labour involved, my pottery is created in small batches and released only through scheduled shop updates.
All inventory is sold during shop updates. My work sells out within minutes, sometimes within seconds. That is why the website often shows no available pieces. There is no ongoing inventory and nothing is held in reserve.
How to purchase
The only way to buy my work is through a shop update.
Shop updates are announced on my social media pages.
I do not offer:
• custom orders
• pre orders
• holds
• waitlists
• private sales
If you want to purchase, please follow my social media and watch my posts and stories for previews and launch times.
Shop Update Previews
When a Shop Update is fully ready, I offer a short preview period on my website. This preview will be announced on my social media and typically runs for a couple of days before the shop officially opens.
The preview is the only time pricing is visible in advance. During this period, all items will appear as sold out. This is intentional and due to how my website functions during shop updates. Once the shop officially opens, inventory is activated and items become available for purchase.
I do not publish pricing on social media, provide advance price lists, accept pre-orders, or offer custom work. Pricing is determined only when each piece is completed and listed. There is no advance purchasing outside of a shop update.
If you want to view the artwork and pricing ahead of time, the preview is your opportunity to do so. Once the shop opens, everything is first come, first served and typically sells very quickly.
Shipping information
I ship within Canada and the United States only.
Shipping timelines can be up to three weeks after the shop update. I am a one woman business and packaging handmade pottery is a detailed, time consuming process that must fit into my production schedule.
United States customers:
There may be customs duties or brokerage fees applied by your state or shipping carrier. These are not controlled by me. I include the CUSMA label to help reduce these costs but it is never guaranteed.
No returns or exchanges
All sales are final. Each piece is a one of a kind handmade item and small variations, glaze differences and imperfections are normal characteristics of pottery.
Studio Storefront
I do not have a storefront and my studio is closed to the public.
Ranch Pottery is online only.
A note about availability
There are far more people who want my work than I can physically create alone. This is the nature of handmade art and a small independent studio. If you are hoping to purchase, your best chance is to follow my social media and participate in the next shop update.
Thank you for supporting handmade pottery and for understanding the limits of a true one woman studio
